To say things have been unusual would be an understatement!  The boutique may be closed but we have been really busy behind the scenes not just making scrubs for the NHS but preparing the boutique to welcome you all again.

Your safety is our number one priority, and ensuring your appointments with us remain as gorgeous as they always have been is another.

So here goes: –

When coming to the boutique you’ve never had to share it with another bride, your exclusive haven will still be exclusive to you for the duration of  your appointment, so big tick there.

I have been studying the Government protocols and we are making sure that every base is covered and we adhere to these.

The Boutique will be cleaned before every appointment so all ‘touch’ points will be disinfected.  At the moment appointments will be 90 minutes long as I need time to thoroughly clean the boutique.

We do ask that you take a temperature check before you arrive for you appointment and if you are displaying any of the symptoms of Covid-19 you telephone us so that we can re-arrange your appointment.

I will ensure that the team and I are temperature checked every day and if anyone displays any symptoms of Covid-19 they will not enter the boutique.

I will be wearing a mask and gloves during your appointment and during fittings I will also be wearing a face shield.

Social distancing of 2m will apply, if I need to assist you then I will be wearing a face shield in addition to a mask and gloves.

It is mandatory that you wear a mask inside, so please arrive to your appointment with your own masks.  Sanitizer will also be provided for the duration of your visit.

We want you to have someone special with you to share the joy of finding ‘The One’ but at this time it can only be one lovely guest.  Choose wisely as they will be the one to help you try on the many dresses we have here.

There will be a tiny change in the way I approach things, normally we have a trying on ‘fest’ but there will be a little more browsing before trying on.  Every dress that you try on will need to be steam cleaned so I am having to limit the amount to 7 for you try on just for the moment.

There are new and fun ways of making sure that you can spread the joy, so why not create a Zoom call or a Facebook Watch Party that way everyone can witness the moment you found ‘The One’.

I am unable to offer refreshments at the moment so make sure you bring something to drink if needed.

Fitting and measurement appointments will need to be with you and no other guests.  Emma will be wearing a mask, sheild and gloves, but the nature of these appointments means that social distancing with a guest will make it more difficult to maintain a 2m social distance within the boutique,

What hasn’t changed is my enthusiasm, experience and knowledge that you only get from an Award Winning Designer.  Covid-19 cannot take away the fun and happiness that you always experience when you are with me.
